Frequently asked questions
How do I pay my rent on Roomee?
Sign in to Roomee, open the Home tab, and your rent status and due date are shown at the top. Upload your payment receipt and an admin verifies it.
How do I report a maintenance issue?
Go to the Fix tab, tap Report an Issue, choose a category, describe the problem and optionally add a photo. You can track the status until it is resolved.
How do I earn loyalty points?
You earn points for paying rent on time, joining community events, referring new tenants and reaching stay milestones. Points unlock rewards and higher resident tiers.
How do I join a community event?
Open the Community tab to see upcoming events, then tap RSVP on any event you want to attend. Attending events also earns you loyalty points.
